Why publishers work with us
We came out of journal publishing, not out of a software shop
Twelve years inside STM publishing sits behind every recommendation — which means we will also tell you when a service isn't worth buying.
Editorial fluency, not just technical delivery
We know what a Scopus re-evaluation letter looks like, what an author complaint costs an editor, and why a reviewer stops replying. Configuration decisions follow from that, not from a default install.
Modular by design
Take the installation and keep your own hosting. Take screening and keep your own platform. Nothing is bundled together to force a bigger contract.
Standards-first configuration
Metadata, identifiers and archiving are set up against the published criteria of DOAJ, Crossref, ORCID and the major indexes — the checks that decide whether your journal is evaluated seriously.
One team, no hand-offs
The people who scope the work deliver it and support it afterwards. Billing in INR or USD, and a support window that matches your editorial calendar.

Common questions
How do we get started?
Send a short note via the contact form, or start from published prices on pricing, OJS setup, and back-issue import. Include journal count and what you need — we reply within one business day with a clear next step.
Can we use one service without taking the others?
Yes. Every service is scoped and delivered on its own. Most publishers start with one problem — a migration, a slow review cycle, a failed indexing application — and add services later only if they're worth it.
Do we have to move our hosting to work with you?
No. Plugin work, review management and manuscript screening all run alongside your existing hosting. Migration is a separate service, offered only when your current setup is the actual problem.
How long does an OJS installation take?
A standard OJS 3.x installation with workflows, roles, theme, SMTP and DOAJ-ready metadata is delivered in days, not months. Migrations depend on archive size and are scheduled for zero downtime.
What does it cost?
Most core services have published prices on the site — QC monthly plans, OJS installation and hosting (from ₹20,000 / $250), and back-issue & archive import (from $1 per article). Custom Journal Management, plugins, and complex migrations are still quoted after a short look at your stack. See pricing. All prices exclude GST; 18% GST will be added.
Will you help our journal apply for Scopus, Web of Science or DOAJ?
We configure your platform, metadata and screening against the criteria those services publish, and our DOAJ guide walks through the application itself. The decision belongs to each index; our job is to make sure nothing technical or editorial is standing in the way.
Do you work with journals outside India?
Yes. Work is delivered remotely for publishers worldwide, billed in USD or INR, with support scheduled around your editorial calendar.
